This set of cutlery is very heavy, flaw free and well constructed. We put them to the test and they are super sharp, cutting through a large melon, other fruits and vegetables, and steaks effortlessly and so easily. The shears make it so easy to spatchcock a chicken or piece it out for frying. The knife block is constructed well and has rubber feet to keep it in place and raised from any moisture. It’s sturdy and doesn’t move around when you are removing or inserting a knife. Top quality and I’m 100% satisfied.
